Tracking Tab

You use the Tracking template to create and monitor action items, setting priorities and deadlines for the actions. Created actions can be tasked to other providers or staff members. Create a New Functional Status Record

Before you begin Ensure that you have selected the Specialty and Visit Type as Care Management. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Functional Status Summary tab, expand the Functional Status Summary panel, and then select Add/Update.The Cm Functional Status Input template opens. To record current therapies, open the Current therapies (home and outpatient) panel and select or enter the appropriate data for the patient's current therapies. Add Additional Detail to an Entry

Before you begin Ensure that you have selected the Specialty and Visit Type as Care Management. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Functional Status Summary tab, expand the Functional Status Summary panel. Right-click the corresponding entry and select Open.The Care Management Note template opens. Summary Template

The Summary template displays for the No Show, Post-Operative Visit, and Pre-Operative Visit visit types. You can view the Medical Chart Summary panel from the Summary template. Figure 1. .
