Filter Types for Condition and Management Configurations

Filter Types Descriptions PMHM Displays conditions associated with the PMH Medical type configuration. PMHMG Displays management items associated with the PMH Management type configuration. Selecting the Surgical subtype will display conditions associated with PMHS type configurations. FHX Displays conditions associated with Family History type configuration. Selecting the Negative subtype displays conditions associated with the with negative type configurations. HL7 Displays conditions associated with Social History type and Family History problem type configurations Selecting the SHX or PHX subtype displays conditions associated with Social History type or Family History problem type configurations, respectively. Update, Remove, or Restore Conditions and Management Configurations

Select File and then select System/Practice. In Select Template, select All and then select Configure Medical, Surgical, and Family Hx from the list. Expand the Condition and Management Configuration panel. Do one of the following: To update a condition or management, select a record from the grid, update the information and then select Update. To remove a condition or management, select a record from the grid and then select Remove. To view the deleted records, select the Show removed items checkbox. Configure Conditions and Management Items Without SNOMED

Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand the Condition and Management Configuration panel. On the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template, expand the Condition and Management Configuration panel. For Type of configuration, select any of the following options: PMH Medical (Past Medical History) - The configured conditions available for selection in the Past Medical History panel. PMH Management - The configure management items to be available for selection in the Management Items panel. Surgical - To configure surgical items to be available for selection in the Past Surgical History panel. Note: If you select the Surgical option, the system automatically selects the PMH Management option. Family History - To configure conditions to be available for selection in the Family History panel. Negative - To configure negative conditions to be available for selection in the Family History panel. Note: If you select the Negative option, the system

Configure SNOMED Codes for a Condition or Management

Select File and then select System/Practice. In Select Template, select All and then select Configure Medical, Surgical, and Family Hx from the list. Expand the Condition and Management Configuration panel. Select a condition or management type. Enter a condition or management. To enter a code, select the Code field and then search for and select a SNOMED code. If a SNOMED code does not exist for a condition or management, then select the Code N/A check box to create a custom code. Select Add.The condition or the management you added appears in the grid. You can filter the records in the grid. You can configure the following in the Condition and Management Configuration panel: Conditions and management items with SNOMED codes for past medical history, past surgical history, management items, and family history.: HL7 codes for the social history and family history problem type Conditions and management items without SNOMED codes. Filter the Medical Conditions

In the Past Medical History panel, you can filter the medical conditions in the grid using the Filter options and fields. Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template. Expand the Past Medical History panel. Select Specialty and select a specialty from the list.The grid displays the medical conditions configured for the selected specialty. To view medical conditions configured for a specific practice, select Practice and select the practice from the list. To filter medical conditions in the grid, use a filter above the grid as follows: Select Standard and Sub header Conditions to view only the Standard and Sub Header type of conditions. Select Sub-Item and select a sub-header from the list to view the sub-items of the selected sub-header. Select Body system name and select a body system to view the conditions associated with the body system. The grid reloads to display data associated with the selected filter condition.
