Note: The instructions provided for office visit in the following sections are also applicable for virtual visits. If needed, the intake staff can review the patient's details documented in previous encounters on the Home Page template. Using the Intake and Histories templates, a nurse or medical assistant can document the reasons for visit, medication, allergies, social history, and so on. The provider can review the patient history documented in previous encounters on the Home Page template or in the intake note document the intake staff generates.
