Print a Nursing Care Plan History

The details of the nursing care plan history can be generated and printed. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Access the Care Coordination Home Template. Go to the Nursing Care Plan History panel. Select the Generate Nursing Care Plan History link.The generated Nursing Care Plan History document appears. From the File menu select Print.The Print template opens. Select OK to print the document. Add a Nursing Care Plan Data

In the nursing care plan data, you can provide details of the identified problem, goal and outcome. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Access the Care Coordination Home Template. From the Nursing Care Plan History panel, select Add.The Nursing Care Plan Data template opens. Nursing Care Plan Data In the following fields, type the appropriate text or select Common Phrases and select a phrase. Problems Goals Outcome Intervention Note: For the Problem, Goals and Outcome fields, you can also select Previous Problem, Previous Goals, or Previous Outcomes and select an entry from previously saved information. Select the Status field and select the current status. Provide the Start date, Next team review date and Next intervention due date. You can select a date from the displayed calendar. The system populates the Team Member field with the name of the default provider. Access the Care Coordination Home Template

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Top Toolbar, select Templates icon. To view all the available templates, select All. On the Medical Records tab, search for and select Care Coordination Home. Nursing Care Plan History Panel for the Care Coordination Home Page

The Nursing Care Plan History panel lists all the nursing care plans created for a patient. Update a Barrier to Care

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select to highlight the barrier to care on the Barriers to Care panel that you want to update. Select the Edit button.The Barriers to Care template appears populated with data for the selected barrier to care. Update the fields on the template as required. Select the Save & Close button.You are returned to the Care Coordination Home Page with the selected barrier to care updated on the Barriers to Care grid. Update a Referral

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select to highlight the referral on the Referral History grid that you want to update. Select Edit.The Referrals – Orders template appears. Referrals Order Update the template with the new information. Select Save.You are returned to the Care Coordination Home Page with the entry for the referral updated in the Referral History grid.
