Draw Vagina Findings

You can draw the Vagina findings on the image using the Vagina link on the Procedure template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Intake template, select the Procedures link. The Procedures template opens. In Genitourinary, select the Vagina link next to the Colposcopy link. Note: You can also open the Vagina image in the Findings section on the Colposcopy Procedure template. The Vagina Image template opens. Vagina Image Draw your findings on the image with the drawing tools. Select Save. The Save Image File window opens. Enter the image description. Save Image File Select OK. Draw Cervix Findings

You can draw the cervix findings on the image using the Cervix link on the Procedure template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Intake template, select the Procedures link. The Procedures template opens. In Genitourinary, select the Cervix link next to the Colposcopy link. The Cervix Image template opens. Cervix Image You can use the drawing tools to document your findings. Note: You can also open the Cervix image in the Findings section of the Colposcopy Procedure template and document the site number, lesion description, and add the details to the grid. Draw your findings on the image with the drawing tools. Select Save on the top toolbar. The Save Image File window opens. Enter the image description. Draw Findings with Image Documentation

You can draw findings on images within the Procedures template for the colposcopy procedure. You can draw findings directly on the images using the Cervix, Vagina, and Vulva links on the Procedures template. Draw Cervix Findings You can draw the cervix findings on the image using the Cervix link on the Procedure template. Draw Vagina Findings You can draw the Vagina findings on the image using the Vagina link on the Procedure template. Document Colposcopy Procedures

You can document the colposcopy procedure details in the Colposcopy panel on the Colposcopy - Procedure template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Intake template, select the Procedures link. The Procedures template opens. In Genitourinary, select Colposcopy. The Colposcopy – Procedure template opens. Colposcopy Document the procedure details in the Pre-Procedure, Colposcopy, Findings, Impression, Post Procedure, and Follow Up sections. Select Submit to Superbill. Select Save & Close. Document the Colposcopy Procedure Findings and Impressions

You can document the Colposcopy procedure findings and impression details. You can document the procedure findings in the available fields or using the cervix image in the Findings section. Open the Colposcopy – Procedure template. In the Colposcopy panel, to document the procedure findings using the available fields, do the following: Select the applicable options for Limit of lesion(s), Entire squamocolumnar junctions, and Colposcopy. Select the options in Time (Location) and Description. Note: Description opens a list. If a biopsy is done, you can select the biopsy option along with the clinical findings. Select Add. The data appears in the grid. To document the procedure findings using the cervix image, do the following: Select the site number on the Cervix image. Select the appropriate items from the Lesion Description list, and then select Close. Select Add. The data appears in the grid. Open the Colposcopy Procedure Template

You can document the colposcopy, cryo, and LEEP procedures on the Gyn Colposcopy-Procedure template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the SOAP template, select the Procedures link. The Procedures template opens. In Genitourinary, select Colposcopy. The Colposcopy – Procedure template opens. Colposcopy – Procedure template Document the Pre-Procedure Details for Colposcopy You can document the pre-procedure details in the Pre- Procedure section on the Gyn Colposcopy-Procedure template. Colposcopy Panel Document the Cryotherapy Procedure Details You can document Cryotherapy procedure details in the Cryo panel on the Colposcopy - Procedure template. Document the LEEP Procedure Details You can document additional details of the Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure (LEEP) procedures in the LEEP panel on the Colposcopy - Procedure template. Document the Post-Procedure Details for Colposcopy You can document the post-procedure details of a Colposcopy procedure in the Post-Procedure section
