Draw Cervix Findings

You can draw the cervix findings on the image using the Cervix link on the Procedure template.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. On the Intake template, select the Procedures link.
   The Procedures template opens.
3. In Genitourinary, select the Cervix link next to the Colposcopy link.
   The Cervix Image template opens.

   

   You can use the drawing tools to document your findings.

   Note: You can also open the Cervix image in the Findings section of the Colposcopy Procedure template and document the site number, lesion description, and add the details to the grid.
4. Draw your findings on the image with the drawing tools.
5. Select Save on the top toolbar.
   The Save Image File window opens.
6. Enter the image description.
   

7. To save the image to the patient’s chart, select OK.
