Document the Treatment Section

You can document the treatment in the Treatment section.

1. On the OBGYN Synopsis template, in the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid, select Add/Update Detail.
   The Pap and HPV Details template opens.

   

2. In the Pap Screenings panel, in the Treatment section, select a Treatment date and then select Approximate performed date if the exact date is unknown.
   

3. In Treatment Performed, select the applicable treatments performed.
4. In Treatment results, select the results of the treatments.
5. Select Add To Grid.
   The information is added to the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid.
6. Select OK.
