Add a Historical Pap Result in the Pap and HPV Screening Section

You can add a historical Pap result in the Pap and HPV Screening section.

1. On the OBGYN Synopsis template, in the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid, select Add/Update Detail.
   The Pap and HPV Details template opens.

   

2. Expand the Pap Screenings panel.
3. In the Pap and HPV Screening section, select the Screening date box, select a Pap item and Date done from the resulting window and then select OK.
   Note: The Historical Test – Quick Entry template displays up to 30 Pap codes only.
4. InPap Results and HPV Detail, select the applicable Pap and HPV results.
5. Select Update.
   The information is added to the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid.
6. Select OK.
