The Abnormal Pap - HPI template enables you to document the Pap and HPV treatment details.
- Open the Intake template.
- Expand the Reason for Visit panel, and select a reason for visit.
The Abnormal Pap – HPI template opens.
- From the Pap Screenings panel, in the Treatment section, select a treatment date.
- If the exact date is unknown, then select the Approximate performed date check box in addition to the date.
- Select treatments that are performed, and then select their results.
- Select Add To Grid.
The information appears in the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid.
- To add the treatment details to the HPI summary, select a treatment record in the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid, and then select Add to HPI.
- Select Save & Close.
