Update an Abnormal Pap and HPV Screening and Treatment
- Open the Intake template.
- Expand the Reason for Visit panel, and then select an abnormal pap screening record.
The Abnormal Pap - HPI template opens.
- Under the Pap Screenings panel, in the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid, do one of the following:
- To modify a pap screening, select a Pap and HPV screening record, update the details in the Pap and HPV Screening section, and then select Update.
- To modify the treatment details, select a treatment record, update the details in the Treatment section, and then select Update.
The record is updated in the Pap Result, HPV Detail and Treatment grid. - To add the updated information to the HPI summary, select a record from the grid and then select Add to HPI.
- Select Save & Close.
