Document Screening Tools Attribute Feedback

You can configure attributes and provide feedback for the available interventions by using the Attribute/Feedback option.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. From File, select System \ Practice Template.
   The Select Template window opens.
3. On the Practice tab, select the All option.
4. Select Data Sets Setup, and then select OK.
   The Data Sets Setup practice template opens.
5. In Data Set, select Screening Tools Log.
6. Select a Screening Tool name from the table, and then select Update.
   The Screening Tools Log Configuration window opens.
7. Select an intervention from the grid, and then select Attributes/Feedback.
   The Attributes View and Management template opens.
8. Optional: Select Feedback.
   The Attribute Feedback window opens.
9. In Action taken, enter the details of the steps taken.
10. Enter your feedback comments, and then select OK.
