Update Screening Tools Log Data Set Items

On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set, and then select Screening Tools Log.The data set items from the screening tools log appear in the data set grid. Select a data set item to modify the details. Select Update.The Screening Tools Log template opens. Update information on the template. Select Save, and then select Close. Check Run-Time Result of Screening Tools Log Data Set

On the run-time Intake template, select a Specialty, and then select Office Visit. In the navigation bar, select the Screening Tools link.The Screening Tools template opens. On the Screening Tools template, do one of the following: To view the screening tools configured for the selected specialty, select Current Specialty. To view all the screening tools, select All. Note: If a specialty is not selected for an encounter, the All option is selected by default and all the screening tools appear on the Screening Tools template. From the Screening Tools Available panel, do one of the following: Select a screening tool with T indicator from the Screening Tools Available panel. You can configure attributes and provide feedback for the available interventions by using the Attribute/Feedback option. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From File, select System \ Practice Template.The Select Template window opens. On the Practice tab, select the All option. You can use the Screening Tools Log data set to do the following: You can configure codified values based on the combination of gender, patient age, and score result for Quality Measure reporting. You can configure screening tools for all or the required specialties to enable you to view only the specialty-specific screening tools on the run-time Screening Tool template. You can configure the functionality of various fields and codified value of the data displayed on the Screening Tools template. You can also add, update, or delete a screening tools log configuration record. Configure Screening Tools You can configure a screening tool by using the Screening Tools Log data set.
