Document Intervention Feedback

You can document the feedback for a specific intervention using the Attributes View and Management template.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. From File, select System \ Practice Template.
   The Select Template window opens.
3. On the Practice tab, select the All option.
4. Select Care Guideline Setup, and then select OK.
   The Care Guideline Setup practice template opens.
5. Expand the Intervention/Orders Setup panel, select a record in the data grid, and then select the Attributes/Feedback link.
   The Attributes View and Management template opens.
6. Select the Feedback link.
   The Attribute Feedback template opens.

   

7. In Action taken, enter the text.
8. Enter your feedback comments, and then select OK.
