Before you begin
  Ensure that you have selected the 
Specialty as 
Care Management and 
Visit Type as 
Case & Consent.
 
 
 
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - On the Documentation tab, expand the Provider Interactions panel, and then select Add.
   
    The Provider Interactions template opens.
   
 
  - Type a description of the action taken in the Actions field.
 
  - Select Save.
 
  - To add another entry, select Clear For Add  and repeat steps 2 and 3.
 
  - When you have completed all need entries, select Close. The template closes and the saved entries appear on the Provider Interactions data grid.
 
  - To remove an entry from the Provider Interactions grids, select the entry to be removed and select Remove.
 
  - To change an entry on the grid, select the entry to be changed and select Edit. The Provider Interactions template appears and you can edit the text in the Actions field.
