Before you begin
  Ensure that you have selected the 
Specialty as 
Care Management and 
Visit Type as 
Case & Consent.
 
 
 
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - On the Documentation template, expand the Telephone Interactions panel, and then select Add.
   
    The Telephone Interactions template opens.
   
 
  - Fill out all the fields that apply for this interaction.
 
  - Select Save.
 
  - Select Clear For Add to enter multiple actions or select Close .
   
    Note: Use the Edit and Remove buttons to manage Telephone Interactions.
