Document Telephone Interactions

Before you begin

Ensure that you have selected the Specialty as Care Management and Visit Type as Case & Consent.
  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. On the Documentation template, expand the Telephone Interactions panel, and then select Add.
    The Telephone Interactions template opens.
  3. Fill out all the fields that apply for this interaction.
  4. Select Save.
  5. Select Clear For Add to enter multiple actions or select Close .
