Document Follow-up Details

You can enter follow-up appointment and disposition details on the Follow-up/Disposition template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the SOAP template. In the Assessment / Plan panel, select the Follow Up button.The Follow-up/Disposition template opens. Follow-up/Disposition template The Follow-up/Disposition template is part of a group of templates that use the last assessment or diagnosis selected on any of the templates in the group as the working assessment. The application defaults to the current working assessment. If required, you can select another assessment, which becomes the new working assessment that carries forward to the other templates in the group. Document a Treatment Plan

You can document treatment plan for a patient. Note: You must enter a diagnosis for the patient before documenting a treatment plan. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the SOAP template, in the Assessment / Plan panel, select My Plan in the navigation bar.The My Plan template opens. If required, select the assessment in the Today's Assessments field.The My Plan template, which is part of a group of templates, uses the last assessment or diagnosis selected on any of the templates in the group as the working assessment. The system defaults to the current working assessment. You can select another assessment, which becomes the new working assessment that carries forward to the other templates in the group. The selected assessment appears in the Selected Dx field. The system displays the order set for the associated diagnosis category. Enter an Order

You can enter and place an order from the My Plan or My Custom Plan template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Intake template or SOAP template. Document an Office Procedures Order

You can document point of care tests for a patient in the Office Procedures template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open a patient's record, and then open an encounter. Open the Intake template, select the specialty as Family Practice and the visit type as Office Visit, and then select My Plan. The My Plan window opens. Select the Office Procedures tab.The Office Procedures template window opens. Select an assessment from the Today's Assessments grid.The diagnosis details linked to the assessment appear in the corresponding fields. You can update them as required. Note: You can select Add or Edit to update the assessment details. Select a point of care test.The office service details appear in the corresponding fields. You can update them as required.
