Generate a Note
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Objective tab, navigate to the Documents and Printing panel. Click the Generate Note button.A list of available documents appears. Update Observations

Print a DME Order
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Objective tab, navigate to the Documents and Printing panel. Click the Generate Note button. Generate Intake Note
You can generate the intake note for a patient using Generate Intake Note on the Intake template. Before you begin You must complete all the intake activities before generating the intake note. You can generate the intake note as a written summary of the encounter from the intake staff or medical assistant. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Intake template. Select Generate Intake Note.The system generates the intake note. Update an Edema Record
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Objective template, navigate to the Edema panel. Highlight the row in the grid. Click Edit.The Edema details template opens. Make relevant edits on the template. Click Save. Parent topic: Document Edema Details

Generate Documents
You can search for and generate a document for a patient encounter. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From Top Toolbar, select the Documents icon.The Generate Document window opens. Select the document you want to generate, and select Generate. Parent topic: Generate Information from Document Library
