Generate Custom Content Reports

You can create a content report using the Custom Content button. If the practice includes any custom data documented on the Procedure Documentation Config practice template in previous NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine versions, the Custom Content button appears at the bottom of the Procedure Documentation Config practice template. The Custom Content button generates the report through the SAP® Crystal Reports® software of the custom data configured in the previous versions of NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. In Select Template, select the Practice tab. In the Show section, select All.A list of practice templates opens. Select Procedure Documentation Config and select OK. Select Custom Content.A confirmation message appears. Open the PRAPARE Assessment Tool

You can open the PRAPARE® assessment tool from multiple locations. Before you begin To enable the PRAPARE® link in the Social panel of the Histories template and the History Summary panel of the Intake and SOAP templates, you must configure the PRAPARE® in the Practice Configuration template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open a patient record and create an encounter. To open the PRAPARE® Assessment Tool template, do one of the following: Open the Intake template, expand the History Summary panel, and then select PRAPARE®. Open the Histories template, expand the Social panel, and then select PRAPARE®. On the SOAP template, expand the History panel, and then select PRAPARE®. In the Encounter History tab, select Open Template to open the Select Template window. Select the Medical Records tab. Under the Show section, select All. Documenting Community Resources

You can document local resources and support recommended to the patient to aid in meeting the patients' psychosocial needs. You must first set up the community resources for your area on the Community Resources Setup practice template. For more information on the configuration, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the Community Resource Setup Practice Template for NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine. The Community Resources template contains the All Resources and Patient's Resources grids. NextGen® Enterprise EHR fills the All Resources grid with data entered on the Community Resources Setup practice template. Submit the PRAPARE® Assessment for Review

When a patient's PRAPARE® assessment needs to be reviewed, you can submit the PRAPARE® form to a recipient within the same practice as a task. Open the PRAPARE® Assessment Tool template. Document the patient’s social determinants. In the Enabling services provided section, do one of the following: To include services for review, select Yes, select a service, and then select . To exclude all services from review, select No. Note: The list of available services is configurable using the Enabling Services custom DB picklist. For more information on how to customize the DB picklist, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the Custom DB Picklists System Template for NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine. Configure a Website to Access Patient Health Information

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. In the Custom DB Picklists template top grid, select the Patient Generated Health setup DB picklist.The selected Patient Generated Health DB Picklist appears in the DBPicklist Name field. Select Configure.The Patient Generated Health Setup template opens with pre-configured data in the grid. To add a new care plan data, select the Add New List Items link.The fields above the grid become available for documentation. To associate the custom DB picklist to a practice, select the Practice ID field and select the practice that uses the care plan data. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. In the Custom DB Picklists template top grid, select the Care Plans custom DB picklist.The selected DBPicklist Care Plans appears in the DBPicklist Name field. Select Configure.The Care Plans Setup template opens with pre-configured data in the grid. To add new care plan data, select Add New List Items link.The fields above the grid become available for documentation. Select the Practice ID field and select the practice that uses the care plan data. In the Care Plan Type field, enter any of the following care plans: Problem Intervention Outcome Goal In the Problem field, enter a category for the problem. In the Code Set Type field, enter the code type.For example, you can include the code type SNOMED for a care plan goal. In the Code Value field, enter a code to associate with the problem.
