Configure Practice Defined Pre-Screening Questions

You can configure questions that appear in the Practice Defined Pre-screening Questions panel on the SBIRT Pre-Screening Questions template.

1. Open the SBIRT Pre-Screening Questions template.
   

2. Enter a question, and then select Add.
   The added question appears in the grid in the Question # section.

   Note: You can add a maximum of four questions.
3. Select a question, enter a response, and then select Add.
   The response is added and appears in the Response grid.

   Note: You can add multiple responses for each question.
4. Select Save & Close.
   The questions and their responses appear in the Practice Defined Pre-Screening Questions panel on the SBIRT Screening template.
