Adding practice-defined questions and configuring their responses in the PRAPARE® configuration. The practice-defined questions and their configured responses appear on the PRAPARE® form on the PRAPARE® Assessment Tool template.
You can add up to five practice-defined questions and configure multiple responses for each question for the PRAPARE® form.
- Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template.
- From the Practice Defined Questions panel, type the question and then select Add.
The question appears in the Questions # grid.
- To add a response for the question, select the question from the Questions # grid, type the response, and then select Add.
Note: If you do not add a response to a practice-defined question, free text is turned on for response on the PRAPARE® form.
The response appears in the Response grid.
