Add an Interpretation
You can add an interpretation using the PRAPARE® Total score and Interpretation Configuration panel.
Open the
PRAPARE® Configuration
template
.
From the
PRAPARE® Total score and Interpretation Configuration
panel, enter the score range for interpretation in the
Minimum Total Score
and
Maximum Total Score
fields.
Enter the interpretation for the score range in the
Interpretation
field.
Select
Add
.
A new entry is added to the grid.

Update a Score Entry
You can update score entry using the PRAPARE® Scoring Configuration panel. Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the PRAPARE® Scoring Configuration panel, select the score entry from the grid that you want to update. Edit the value in the Link Object field. Edit the value in the Link Value field. Update the age limit for the response to be considered for scoring in the Start Age and Stop Age fields, respectively. Enter the weightage of the response in the Adjustment field and the score for the response in the Score field. Enter the comments in the Comments field, if any. Delete an Interpretation
You can delete an interpretation using the PRAPARE® Total score and Interpretation Configuration panel. Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the PRAPARE® Total score and Interpretation Configuration panel, select the interpretation entry from the grid. Select Remove.The interpretation is removed from the grid. Update Practice-Defined Questions and Responses
Updating practice-defined questions and their responses in the PRAPARE® configuration. The practice-defined questions and their configured responses appear on the PRAPARE® form on the PRAPARE® Assessment Tool template. Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the Practice Defined Questions panel, select a question. Edit the question in the Questions field and then select Update. To update a response, select a question and then a response. Add a Score Entry
You can enter a score entry using the PRAPARE® Scoring Configuration panel. Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the PRAPARE® Scoring Configuration panel, enter the value in the Link Object field. The Link Object field indicates the field value on the PRAPARE® form. Enter the value in the Link Value field. The Link Value field indicates the response for the already entered Link Object and it must be exactly same as the required response on the PRAPARE® form. Note: If you want to consider any value in the Link Value field other than the available responses, select the Any Value (In Field) checkbox. If you want to consider all other available responses other than what is selected in the Link Value field, select Not Link Value checkbox. Update the age limit in the Start Age and Stop Age field, respectively. Note: The response received on the PRAPARE® form is considered for scoring if it falls within the given age limit. Add Practice-Defined Questions and Responses
Adding practice-defined questions and configuring their responses in the PRAPARE® configuration. The practice-defined questions and their configured responses appear on the PRAPARE® form on the PRAPARE® Assessment Tool template. You can add up to five practice-defined questions and configure multiple responses for each question for the PRAPARE® form. Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the Practice Defined Questions panel, type the question and then select Add.The question appears in the Questions # grid. To add a response for the question, select the question from the Questions # grid, type the response, and then select Add. Note: If you do not add a response to a practice-defined question, free text is turned on for response on the PRAPARE® form. The response appears in the Response grid.
