Open the
PRAPARE® Configuration
template
.
From the
Practice Defined Questions
panel, select a question and then select
Delete
.
The question and its responses are deleted from the
Questions #
and
Response
grids respectively.

Update Practice-Defined Questions and Responses
Updating practice-defined questions and their responses in the PRAPARE® configuration. The practice-defined questions and their configured responses appear on the PRAPARE® form on the PRAPARE® Assessment Tool template. Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the Practice Defined Questions panel, select a question. Edit the question in the Questions field and then select Update. To update a response, select a question and then a response. Copy Practice-Defined Questions to Another Practice
Copying the practice-defined questions and responses for PRAPARE® configuration from the current practice to another practice. You can copy the practice-defined questions and their responses from the current practice to another practice. Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the Practice Defined Questions panel, select the Copy questions and answers to practice field, then select a practice, and then select OK. Practice Defined Questions panel Select Copy. On the message that appears stating that copying questions to the selected practice will overwrite its existing questions and responses, select Yes.The questions and responses from the current practice have been copied to the selected practice. Delete an Interpretation
You can delete an interpretation using the PRAPARE® Total score and Interpretation Configuration panel. Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the PRAPARE® Total score and Interpretation Configuration panel, select the interpretation entry from the grid. Select Remove.The interpretation is removed from the grid. Add Practice-Defined Questions and Responses
Adding practice-defined questions and configuring their responses in the PRAPARE® configuration. The practice-defined questions and their configured responses appear on the PRAPARE® form on the PRAPARE® Assessment Tool template. You can add up to five practice-defined questions and configure multiple responses for each question for the PRAPARE® form. Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the Practice Defined Questions panel, type the question and then select Add.The question appears in the Questions # grid. To add a response for the question, select the question from the Questions # grid, type the response, and then select Add. Note: If you do not add a response to a practice-defined question, free text is turned on for response on the PRAPARE® form. The response appears in the Response grid. Delete a Score Entry
You can delete a score entry using the PRAPARE® Scoring Configuration panel. Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the PRAPARE® Scoring Configuration panel, select the score entry from the grid that you want to remove. Select Remove.The score entry is removed from the grid. Update a Score Entry
You can update score entry using the PRAPARE® Scoring Configuration panel. Open the PRAPARE® Configuration template. From the PRAPARE® Scoring Configuration panel, select the score entry from the grid that you want to update. Edit the value in the Link Object field. Edit the value in the Link Value field. Update the age limit for the response to be considered for scoring in the Start Age and Stop Age fields, respectively. Enter the weightage of the response in the Adjustment field and the score for the response in the Score field. Enter the comments in the Comments field, if any.
