Configuration Options in Default Month and Day Section

You can select the date format by using the configuration options in the Default Month and Day section.

In the Past Medical History templates, if you enter the date in MM/YYYY or YYYY format, the entered values are validated based on the month (MM) and day (DD) configuration that is defaulted to 01/01. However, the month (MM) and day (DD) values can also be set from the practice configuration template, and the date is validated based on the revised configuration.
