Configure Chart Check Tasks

The Pre Admission Chart Check panel includes a Section filter to view only the chart check tasks in the grid associated to the selected section name. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Pre Admission Chart Check panel, click Section to choose a value from the resulting list. To associate a new section, double-click the top-blank row in the list and type in the Section field. Click Task to type a value. To associate Patient Instructions to the current task, click Instructions to select an existing instruction to associate with the current task. To remove values from the fields and start over, click Clear. Click Add. In runtime, the configured chart check tasks appear in the Chart Check panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions and ASC - Pre admission templates. Set Up New Preadmission Interview Questions

In the Interview Questions panel, you can configure the scheduling screening questions. You can also associate chart check tasks and/or patient instructions with the screening questions. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template , Interview Questions panel, click the Section field to choose an option from the resulting list. If the available options are not relevant, double-click the top-blank row in the list to type a new value in the Section field. Click the Question field to type a new question. Click the Answer Type field to select one of the options. Note: If you select the Picklist option , the Answer, Value type, and Alert text fields are available, otherwise, these fields are not applicable and are not available. For all answer types, to indicate that the current answer is one that will require follow-up actions, select the Flag for review check box. The Patient Instructions panel includes a Section filter field above the grid to filter the instructions. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Patient Instructions panel, click Section, and then choose a section from the list. If the available sections are not relevant, double-click the top-blank row in the list to type the section name in the Section field. In the Patient Instruction field, enter the instructions to be associated with the selected section. To remove the values from all fields and start over, click Clear. Click Add. The configured pre-admission patient instruction appears in the grid. In runtime, the configured pre-admission instructions appear in the Patient Pre Admission Instructions panel on the ASC - Pre admission template. Set Up Interview Questions Based on a Group

You can associate screening questions to a group of patients if those questions are associated to a display criteria. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template , Additional Questions to Display panel, click Group Name to select a name that includes the applicable question display criteria. Click Section to select a value from the resulting list. Click Question to choose from the list of questions associated with the selected section. To remove the data and start over, click the Clear button. Click Add. Save the practice template.
