Associate Procedures to Preadmission Questions

On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Procedure Association panel, Content Type filter, select Interview Questions. Click Procedure and select a procedure from the list. Click Section and select a section from the list. To clear the chosen section, click Section again and select the top-blank row in the list to type a section name. Click the Question field to open a list of screening questions associated with the chosen section. The screening questions are configured in the Interview Questions panel. Set Up New Preadmission Interview Questions

In the Interview Questions panel, you can configure the scheduling screening questions. You can also associate chart check tasks and/or patient instructions with the screening questions. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template , Interview Questions panel, click the Section field to choose an option from the resulting list. If the available options are not relevant, double-click the top-blank row in the list to type a new value in the Section field. Click the Question field to type a new question. Click the Answer Type field to select one of the options. Note: If you select the Picklist option , the Answer, Value type, and Alert text fields are available, otherwise, these fields are not applicable and are not available. For all answer types, to indicate that the current answer is one that will require follow-up actions, select the Flag for review check box. Configure Chart Check Tasks

The Pre Admission Chart Check panel includes a Section filter to view only the chart check tasks in the grid associated to the selected section name. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Pre Admission Chart Check panel, click Section to choose a value from the resulting list. To associate a new section, double-click the top-blank row in the list and type in the Section field. Click Task to type a value. To associate Patient Instructions to the current task, click Instructions to select an existing instruction to associate with the current task. To remove values from the fields and start over, click Clear. Click Add. In runtime, the configured chart check tasks appear in the Chart Check panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions and ASC - Pre admission templates. Change the Order of Patient Instructions

On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Patient Instructions panel, select an option to sort the patient instructions: Section Instruction - sets the order of the patient instructions within a section in the grid Select a row in the grid. Click the promote or demote sort functionality below the grid. The selected row moves to the new position. Save the template. The pre-admission patient instructions in runtime on the Patient Pre Admission Instructions panel are in the same order set up on the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template.
