Change the Order of Patient Instructions

On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Patient Instructions panel, select an option to sort the patient instructions: Section Instruction - sets the order of the patient instructions within a section in the grid Select a row in the grid. Click the promote or demote sort functionality below the grid. The selected row moves to the new position. Save the template. The pre-admission patient instructions in runtime on the Patient Pre Admission Instructions panel are in the same order set up on the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Remove Existing Patient Instructions

On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Patient Instructions panel, select the row in the grid to be deleted. Click Remove. The selected row is removed from the grid. Save the template. Parent topic: Set Up Patient Instructions for Pre-Admission

Set Up Patient Instructions for Pre-Admission

The Patient Instructions panel includes a Section filter field above the grid to filter the instructions. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Patient Instructions panel, click Section, and then choose a section from the list. If the available sections are not relevant, double-click the top-blank row in the list to type the section name in the Section field. In the Patient Instruction field, enter the instructions to be associated with the selected section. To remove the values from all fields and start over, click Clear. Click Add. The configured pre-admission patient instruction appears in the grid. In runtime, the configured pre-admission instructions appear in the Patient Pre Admission Instructions panel on the ASC - Pre admission template. Edit Existing Interview Questions

On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Interview Questions panel, select the row in the grid to be modified. The fields above the grid populate with the corresponding data. Make relevant changes in the applicable fields. Click Update. The modified details update in the grid. You may have to log out of the system to see the changes in runtime. Edit Pre-admission Questions, Tasks, or Instructions

You can change the procedure and/or section associated with a screening question, chart check task, or patient instruction. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Procedure Association panel, select one of the following options for Content Type: Interview Questions - grid displays screening questions and the associated procedures and sections Chart Check - grid displays pre-admission chart check tasks and the associated procedures and sections Patient Instructions - grid displays instructions and the associated procedure and sections Select a row in the grid. The data appears in the corresponding fields above the grid. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields. Click Update. The modified data updates in the grid. Save the template.
