- to copy all instructions associated with a procedure to another procedure
Click
Procedure
to select a value from the resulting list.
Click
Section
to select from the list.
Select the
Copy all to procedure
check box and click the corresponding field to open a list of procedures.
Select a different procedure from the list.
Note:
If you select the same value in the
Procedure
field, an alert message appears to select a different procedure.
Click
Add
to display data in the grid.
Save the template.

Remove Pre-admission Questions, Tasks, or Instructions
On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Procedure Association panel, select one of the following options for Content Type: Interview Questions - grid displays screening questions and the associated procedures and sections Chart Check - grid displays pre-admission chart check tasks and the associated procedures and sections Patient Instructions - grid displays instructions and the associated procedure and sections Select the row in the grid to be deleted. Associate Procedures to Patient Instructions
On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Procedure Association panel, Content Type filter, select Patient Instructions. Click Procedure to select a value from the resulting list. Click Section and select from the list. To clear the chosen section and start over, click Section again and select the top-blank row in the list to type a name in the field. Click the Instruction field to open a list of patient instructions associated with the selected section. The instructions are configured in the Patient Instructions panel. To clear the values from all fields and start over, click Clear. Click Add. Save the practice template. Associate Procedures to Preadmission Questions
On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Procedure Association panel, Content Type filter, select Interview Questions. Click Procedure and select a procedure from the list. Set Up Patient Instructions for Pre-Admission
The Patient Instructions panel includes a Section filter field above the grid to filter the instructions. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Patient Instructions panel, click Section, and then choose a section from the list. If the available sections are not relevant, double-click the top-blank row in the list to type the section name in the Section field. In the Patient Instruction field, enter the instructions to be associated with the selected section. To remove the values from all fields and start over, click Clear. Click Add. The configured pre-admission patient instruction appears in the grid. In runtime, the configured pre-admission instructions appear in the Patient Pre Admission Instructions panel on the ASC - Pre admission template. Change the Order of Chart Check Tasks
The pre-admission chart check tasks in the runtime are in the same order as the tasks on the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. You can arrange the order of the chart check tasks in the grid by sections or task. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, Pre Admission Chart Check panel, select any of the following options below the grid to sort the pre-admission chart check tasks: Section - to change the position of a section in the grid Task - To change the position of one chart check task within a section Select a row in the grid. Set Up New Preadmission Interview Questions
In the Interview Questions panel, you can configure the scheduling screening questions. You can also associate chart check tasks and/or patient instructions with the screening questions. On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template , Interview Questions panel, click the Section field to choose an option from the resulting list. If the available options are not relevant, double-click the top-blank row in the list to type a new value in the Section field. Click the Question field to type a new question. Click the Answer Type field to select one of the options. Note: If you select the Picklist option , the Answer, Value type, and Alert text fields are available, otherwise, these fields are not applicable and are not available. For all answer types, to indicate that the current answer is one that will require follow-up actions, select the Flag for review check box. In runtime, the system enters the Flag value in the grid based on the answer selected. To associate a chart check
