Click Procedure and select a procedure from the list.
Click Section and select a section from the list.
To include a description in the association, click Description to select a value from the resulting list.
To clear the selected section and start over, click Section again and select the top-blank row in the list.
Click the Task field to open a list of pre-admission chart check tasks associated with the selected section. The tasks are configured in the Pre Admission Chart Check panel.
To clear values from all fields and start over, click Clear.
