You can configure the complaints that appear in the Reason for Visit panel by adding them to the top list on the Framework Content system template.
Before including a reason for visit in the
top list, ensure that it exists in the
all list.
Note: You can include up to 14 reasons for visit in the top list.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Open the Framework Content system template.
- Select the Reason for Visit panel.
- Set the Filter to top.
- To select a reason for visit, select the field on the Reason for Visit column of the grid, and select OK.
The list includes the reasons for visit from the all list, specific to the selected specialty.
- Select Add.
The reason appears in the Reason for Visit grid and in the Reason for Visit panel on the Framework Content system template.
