Access the Onc Treatment Summary template and scroll to the Notes panel.
Click the Type field and select a note type from the list.
Note: My Phrases functionality is keyed to the selected note type enabling you to define a separate set of My Phrases for each type of cancer note. Type notations about the patient or the patient's condition or disease into the Note field.
Note: Use the Clear button to clear the data entry fields of all data.
Click Add.
The system adds the note to the Notes grid.
Note: The Notes grid only shows Notes added during the current encounter. To view notes from a previous encounter, you must open a previous encounter or generate a document.
