Add Exams to the Physical Exam List

You must add physical exams to the all list before adding them to the top list.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Open the Framework Content system template.
3. Select the Physical Exam panel.
4. Select all.
5. In the filter by gender field, select and select a gender.
6. To select an item, select the field on the Physical Exam Item column.
7. Select OK and then select Add.
   The added item appears in the Physical Exam list.
8. To rearrange the items in the Physical Exam list in alphabetical order, select Sort Alphabetically.
   Note: Physical exam values are typically organized head-to-toe by the application.
