Add Cardiac Orders on the SOAP Template

You can add Cardiac orders on the SOAP template.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Open the SOAP template.
3. Click the Cardiac Orders panel.
   

4. Click the appropriate button for order type. For example, to order lab tests, click Labs.
5. Document the information.
6. Click Add.
7. Select the task recipients and click Add.
8. Click OK and then click Done.
