Release of Information History

You can view of all releases that have been completed for this patient in the Release Information panel. Information in this grid is updated from the Release of Information template. You can filter the grid based on the active, expired. Or all items. By default, the grid shows data of only the active items. You can also sort the grid by the Type and Eff Date columns.

To obtain, revoke, or disclose additional information, open the Release of Information template.
