Viewing History Information
The History tab appears only for existing persons and patients. It does not appear when creating a record for a new person or patient. On this tab, you can view the history of modifications made to the person or patient's information on the following tabs; Demographics, Status, Client Defined, Employer, UDS, Pharmacy, and Chart Details. Information on the History tab is stored at the system level; therefore, all practices in all enterprises share the same information for a person or patient. Note: History information cannot be modified or deleted. View 'Created By' and 'Modified By' Information for a Recall Plan
Access the Edit Recall Plan window for the desired patient. Select the Who\When button. The Modification Information window displays the following information: Creator Creation Date & Time Last Modified By Modified Date & Time To close the Modification Information window, select the Close button. Member History
Users who do not have View Patient Name permission can view a patient family unit in the Member History window. Information fields for the current patient (Name/Alias, Sex, and Date of Birth) appear at the top of the window. Family Units section: Displays a list of all family units the current patient is a member of and shows the relationship of this patient within each family unit. Members section: Displays a list of members who belong to the family unit currently selected in the Family Units section. View Member History Parent topic: Search a Member Using Member Search

History Tab
The History tab on the Add/Edit Appointment window displays a history of all past, present and future appointments for the patient. Confirmed, deleted, retained, and reschedule indicators display for each appointment listed. Users can resize and rearrange the columns to suit their preferences. Users can also sort by each column by selecting the column header, with the exception of the indicator columns. Select the check box for multiple appointments and then select OK to link those appointments together. This can be helpful when canceling multiple appointments for a single patient. Canceling one of the linked appointments prompts the user to cancel the remaining linked appointments. Parent topic: Appointment Information

Viewing Patient General Information
General information on the Patient Information Bar includes the following: Patient's first name, middle initial, last name, preferred name, photo, and address. The patient name may include a prefix or suffix based on practice preferences. The word Deceased appears if the patient has expired. Note: You can select the patient name to open the Modify Patient Information window. You can double-click the photo to zoom in or out. Contact: displays the first phone number listed in the Contact Information section on the Modify Patient Information window. Note: You can hover to view Home, Day, Alternate, Secondary Home, Email and Cell. You can point to the contact information to display a table with the contact details such as Home, Day, or Cell phone, or Email. Select and Sort Columns
You can select and sort columns. Select Columns from the Report Filter Settings List. Report Filter Set up the Columns you wish to display on the report. The following history information is listed in column format. You can resize and reorder columns.
Date/Time
: Displays the date and time the change was made.
Creator
: Displays the name of the user who made the change.
Description
: Displays the type of change made.
Old Information
: Displays information prior to the change. Displays
<none>
if information did not exist prior to the change.
New Information
: Displays information after the change. Displays
<none>
if information does not exist after the change.
