Check the Provider Reassignment Status

Open the Provider Management (BH) template. Expand the Provider Caseload Reassignment Status panel. Check Provider Reassignment Status Screen To get the reassignment status for the associated patients, select at least one filter. To get the status of a list of patients assigned to a specific provider, you can select the provider in the Provider Reassigned To field. Select Search. Reassigning Providers

A staff member is responsible for updating the Treatment plans and keeping other assessments up to date. The staff member's details appear in the Caseload Summary template for patient they are assigned to at the program level. In the Provider Management (BH) staff member template, you can reassign multiple patients to a staff member. You can reassign providers at a program level and check the provider reassignment status. Reassign Providers at the Program Level In the Provider Management (BH) template, you can use the Provider Caseload Reassignment panel to change the provider assigned to patients. Check the Provider Reassignment Status As a practice administrator, you can check the status of the provider reassignment in the Provider Caseload Reassignment Status panel on the Provider Management (BH) template. Manage My Plan Grid

The Assessment / Plan Navigation Configuration panel enables you to create or update dynamic My Plan templates based on practice or provider. You can also update the captions, templates, and sequence of the tabs. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Framework Content template. Click the Assessment/Plan Navigation Configuration panel. The default configuration for the selected specialty, practice, and provider appears in all the specialty and practice grids in the Assessment/Plan Navigation Configuration. In the grid, select an item. To move one or more items from the specialty grid to the provider or practice grid, click to move one item at a time and click to move all items at once. Reassign Provider Licenses

When a rendering provider leaves the practice, the NextGen Healthcare product licenses currently used by that provider can be reassigned to another provider joining the practice. CAUTION: Before removing licenses from a rendering provider, verify that all patient encounters for the provider have been created. Clinical information must be documented for all encounters in NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and charges must be entered for all encounters in NextGen® Enterprise PM. Once the licenses are removed, you will no longer be able to select that provider as rendering for new appointments, encounters, charges, etc. To remove licenses from a provider: In File Maintenance, select Master Files > System > Providers. The Providers List window displays. Double-click to open the rendering provider from which the licenses are to be removed. The Modify Provider Information window displays. Select the System tab. Document a Therapy Referral

You can select the Medications or Immunizations links at any time during the encounter to access the associated module. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. To select the insurance provider from the resulting list, on the Referrals tab, select the Insurance name field. In the Policy # field, enter the insurance policy number. In the To section, select Therapies/Rehabilitation, and do one of the following: Select a value from the resulting list. Select the top, blank row in the list to enter a therapy name in the field. Assign NextGen® Enterprise EHR Task for a PAQ Item

You can assign an NextGen® Enterprise EHR Task for a PAQ Item. Open the Workflow module. Select the Provider Approval Queue tab. In the Pending tab, select an item from the list. A preview of the item is displayed in the viewing pane. Select + To Do in the toolbar. The New EHR Task window opens. To change the Due Date from today, select the calendar icon, and then select a different date. From the Priority list, select High, Normal (default) , or Low. To add recipients to the task, select Add available next to Assign To. The Select Task Recipients window opens. If you do not select a recipient for the task you are creating, the task assigned to you. To change the Subject from the name of the item type, enter the text in the subject field. You can enter up to 30 characters. To associate a patient with the task, select Add next to Re: Patient to display the Patient Lookup window. Select the patient in the Re: Patient.
