Document the Patient's Psychiatric Progress Note You can document the patient's progress from the psychiatric evaluation. Finalize Documentation The Finalize (BH) template enables you to view today's assessments, today's orders, enter counseling and/or interpreter information, submit E&M codes, or select the No Billing for Service checkbox. Document the Patient's Psychiatric Notes You can document the psychiatric notes about the patient. Managing Caseloads

The Program Caseload Summary (BH) template provides functionality to support the review of clinical caseloads, over of services, and due dates for treatment plans. Note: You can control all patients in a program from the Demographics template. You can collect the caseload summary data from the Program, Location, and Provider fields in the tis_programs_hx window from the Demographics template. For more information on enrolling patients into programs, see Add or Modify a Client's Program. Program Window On any of the following panel, you can select a patient in the grid, and then select Open Chart to access the patient's chart. Caseload by Provider Caseload by Location Caseload by Program Chart Details Reviews Due Review Clinical Caseload with Programs As a provider, you can review clinical caseloads, service duration, and due dates for treatment plans. Document the Opiate Treatment Program Details

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and then in Patient History, select Templates. The Select Template window opens. Select the Demographics tab, and then select All. Select Opiate Treatment Program, and then select OK. Select the opiate treatment program. In the Treatment Phase History panel, document the treatment phases for the patient. In the Treatment Phase Progress panel, document the progress of the patient's treatment phases. Expand the Medication Information, Urine Drug Screen, Appointment, and Treatment History panels to view the corresponding details of the patient. Parent topic: Opiate Treatment Support

Document Details of Patients Enrolled in the Opiate Treatment Program

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select File > System\Practice Template. Select the Practice tab, and then select All. Select Opiate Treatment Clinician Management, and then select OK. Select the opioid treatment program. In the Opiate Treatment Patient Caseload and Opiate Treatment Discharge List panels, select a patient and select Open Chart to view their demographic information. Document the Patient's Progress in the Opiate Treatment Program

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and then in Patient History, select Open Templates. The Select Template window opens. On the Medical Records tab, select All. Select Opiate Treat Progress Note (BH), and then select OK. In the Time Entry Navigation sidebar, select Billing Time Entry, and then enter the start time. Note: You can select the current time or enter the time manually. Select the program, specialty, and visit type. Note: Only programs that the patient is actively enrolled in appear in the list. You can select <No Program> to create an encounter without a program, and then add the program later. Select the opiate treatment program. In the Individuals Present panel, document the details of the individuals present during the assessment. Note: The Homework data from the last session is displayed from the most recent encounter by the same provider on the Opiate Treat Progress Note (BH), IDD Summary Progress Note (BH), and Progress Note (BH) templates.
