You can use the Screening Tools template to document screenings for items that are not listed under the Screening Tools Available list.
- On the Screening Tools template, select a screening tool from the Screening Tools Available section.
- Enter the applicable information:
- Score
- Severity or interpretation
- Comments
- Major depressive disorder pre-treatment classification
- Plan
- To indicate an associated scanned document, select the See scanned document checkbox.
- Select Add.
The documented data appears in the Screening Tools Performed grid.
- To print a list of screening tools during this encounter, select the notepad
located next to the Screening Tools link in the template header.
