Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. For a patient encounter, open a template. Note: Your practice can also configure the template to be accessible from thePacket Navigation (BH)template. The Screening Tools template opens. Select CAMS Suicide Status Form (SSF-5) First Session, and complete the patient's initial assessment in each panel. You can document information using other screening tools that are not configured to open as websites or templates using the Screening Tools template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient encounter, and open a template. For example, Intake. Select Navigation, and then select Screening Tools. The Screening Tools template opens. To view the screening tools, do one of the following: To view the screening tools configured for the selected specialty, select Current Specialty. To view all the screening tools, select All. Note: When you do not select a specialty for an encounter, the All option is selected by default, and all the screening tools appear on theScreening Tools template. Select a screening tool that is not configured to open as a website or template. Enter the following information: Score Severity or interpretation Comments Major depressive disorder pre-treatment classification Select Add.
