Billed in Error Permissions

The Billed in Error function can be used when you need to remove a billed service NextGen® Enterprise EHR. This is useful in situations where the wrong code or wrong start, stop and duration details are entered for the charge. This function requires that the user have full access to the Charge Entry module System Administration as shown below:

Note: If access is not enabled for all checkboxes (View, Add, Update, Delete, Print) Billed in Error does not display for the user. All boxes must be selected to enable Billed in Error.
