Update the Floor Inventory

On the MAR Configuration (BH) template, expand the Floor Level Medication Inventory panel. Select Update Inventory. The Floor Medication Inventory (BH) window opens. Note: If you do not have security rights to open the Patient Medication Inventory (BH) window, an alert appears and the window does not open. Select a record from the grid. The details appear in the respective fields. Modify the required details, and then select Update Inventory. The updated details appear in the grid. Open a Floor Inventory Crystal Report

In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, select File > Reports > Crystal reports. The Report Dialog window opens. Expand All encounters for All patients, and select MAR Floor Inventory. Select Preview. The Enter Parameter Values window opens. Select the location name. Optional: Enter a lot number. Select OK. The MAR Floor Inventory report opens. Configuring Floor Level Medication Inventory

You can use the Floor Level Medication Inventory panel on the MAR Configuration (BH) template to view and manage the floor medication inventory for the entire practice. In the grid, you can monitor current inventory levels. You can select the Active option to view all active medications and the Inactive option to view all inactive medications. Floor Level Medication Inventory panel Updates to the floor level medication inventory are made on the Floor Medication Inventory (BH) window, which is accessed by the Update Inventory button in the Floor Level Medication Inventory panel. Additional security rights are required to add or modify the client's medication inventory. Security rights are set up in System Administrator. MAR Configuration

You need additional security rights to add or modify the client's medication inventory. Security rights are set up in System Administrator. You must contact your system administrator if you do not have security rights to open the Floor Medication Inventory (BH) window. BH MAR Configuration template You can open the MAR Configuration (BH) template from the Packet Navigation (BH) template and the File menu. You can open the MAR Configuration (BH) template in System\Practice Template under the Practice tab, you can select MAR Configuration (BH). Add a Medication Dose You can add a medication dose for scheduling. Update a Medication Dose You can update a medication dose for scheduling. Remove a Medication Dose You can remove a medication dose from the scheduling grid. Managing Medications in the Inventory

You can search for the medication inventory, view inventory details, and manage non-vaccine medications in the inventory. On the Inventory Management template, in the Medication Inventory panel, you can search for the medication inventory and view inventory details. The total number of items in the medication grid and the total quantity of the non-vaccine medications appear in the Grid Count and Grid Total fields respectively. You can also add, waste, adjust, and transfer non-vaccine medications in the medications grid. You can use the fields above the medication grid to filter medications based on a filter criteria. The filter criteria are specific to the selected location and sub-location, and the Sub-Location field appears only if it is configured in the Sub-Location(s) & Par Level Configuration panel on the Admin Configuration template. Add Medications to the Inventory Manually

On the Inventory Management template, you can manually add non-vaccine medications to the medication inventory. On the Inventory Management template, expand the Medication Inventory panel. Select the Add option appearing below the medication grid. Note: If the Require Invoice #s for Items check box is selected on the Invoice Configuration template, and you select the Add option, the Vendor, Cost, and Invoice # fields appear below the medication grid. After entering the details of the medication, you can add values in the fields. The Received Date field appears displaying today's date if the Enable Received Date check box is selected on the Miscellaneous Configuration template, the medication is received on some other day, and when you select the Add option available under the medication grid. After entering the details of the medication, you can enter the date when the medication is received. Select the Source field, select a source type from the sources window, and then select OK. Not
