When you initially run a report, it displays the data. This is
not a Print Preview; it is not an accurate representation of how the report looks when you print it. To see the report in a print preview, select the
Preview Report
button on the report toolbar. It does, however, give you a chance to:
- View the actual data of the report.
- Manipulate the data using the "drill-down" functionality.
- Set the report's column sizes.
You can also use the Page Up and Page Down keys on your keyboard to look through the report on-screen.
