Set Up User and Timestamp Options in Practice Preferences
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
 - Select Admin > Preferences > Practice. 
   The Practice Preferences window opens.
 - Select Itemized Bills.
 - In the User/Timestamp Options field, do one of the following: 
   
- To display the username, user ID, date, and time of the transaction on the receipt, select Show UserNameUserID/Timestamp (default).
 - To display the user ID, receipt date, and time of the transaction on the receipt, select Show UserID/Timestamp.
 
Note: When printing receipts you can identify the user who issued the receipt by user ID or username. - Close the Practice Preferences window.
