Set Up User and Timestamp Options in Practice Preferences

When printing receipts you can identify the user who issued the receipt by user ID or username.

  1. Select Admin > Preferences > Practice > Itemized Bills.
    The Practice Preferences Itemized Bills window opens.

  2. In the User/Timestamp Options field, select one of the following options:
    • Show UserNameUserID/Timestamp (default) - displays the username, user ID and date and time of the transaction on the receipt.
    • Show UserID/Timestamp - only displays the user ID, receipt date, and time of the transaction on the receipt. When selecting this option, the username does not display on the receipt.
