Run the First Third Available Appointment Report
The First Third Available Appointment report has columns and filters that you can use to customize the report data and format.
CAUTION:
Running the First Third Available Appointment report puts a heavy strain on the database and could reduce the responsiveness in NextGen® Enterprise PM. NextGen Healthcare recommends that you run this report after business hours.
- Select the Reports > Scheduling > First Third Available.
The report filter for the First Third Available Appointment report appears.
- Select the columns that you want to display in the report.
- Select Events in the Settings list and then select the Open Record
button to access the Events window.
- Use the blue arrow buttons
to move the resources from the Available to the Included list and then select OK.
- Select Resources in the Settings list and then select the Open Record
button to access the Resources window.
- Use the blue arrow buttons
to move the events from the Available to the Included list and then select OK.
- Select the Locations or one of the Location Subgrouping in the Settings list and then select the Open Record
button to access the Location window.
- Use the blue arrow buttons
to move the locations from the Available to the Included list and then select OK.
- To add additional criteria to the report, select Filter 2 and enter a set of restrictions to focus the report results further. For example, if you select the Between option and enter 2 in the left field and 10 in the right field, the report looks for an available third appointment between 2 and 10 days from the current date.
- Select the Sorting and Totals settings that you want and then select OK.
The report generates.
