Reschedule Multiple Appointments
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
 - From the main toolbar, select Appointments.
   The Appointment Lookup window opens.
 - Enter search criteria to locate the appointments.
 - Select Find.
   The Appointment List section displays the appointments that match the search criteria.
 - Select appointments to be rescheduled.
 - Right-click and select Cut Multiple.
   The cut appointment
icon displays in the status bar at the bottom of the window.
 - Right-click a time slot and select Paste Multiple.
   A window opens asking the reason for rescheduling the appointment if you select the Track rescheduling reason option in the Appt Scheduling tab of the Practice Preferences window.
 - From the list of reasons, select a reason.
 - Select OK.
