Reschedule Multiple Appointments

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. From the main toolbar, select Appointments.
    The Appointment Lookup window opens.
  3. Enter search criteria to locate the appointments.
  4. Select Find.
    The Appointment List section displays the appointments that match the search criteria.
  5. Select appointments to be rescheduled.
  6. Right-click and select Cut Multiple.
    The cut appointment icon displays in the status bar at the bottom of the window.
  7. Right-click a time slot and select Paste Multiple.
    A window opens asking the reason for rescheduling the appointment if you select the Track rescheduling reason option in the Appt Scheduling tab of the Practice Preferences window.
  8. From the list of reasons, select a reason.
  9. Select OK.
