Note: When you attach insurance to one or more events in the event chain, the system retains the appointment insurance if the event chain is rescheduled.
From the main toolbar, select Appointments.
The Appointment Lookup window opens.
Select an appointment in the event chain.
Right-click the appointment, and select Reschedule Event Chain.
The Appointment Search Ahead window opens.
Note: The Available Timeslots section of the window lists time slots available for the selected appointment in the event chain.
In Available Timeslots, right-click a timeslot, and select Book Appointment.
The Add Appointment window opens.
Optional: Make additional modifications to the appointment.
Select OK.
Select a reason for rescheduling the appointment.
Select OK.
The Appointment Confirmation window appears with the new dates and times for events in the event chain.
Note: When you attach insurance to one or more events in the event chain, rescheduling the event chain does not change the appointment insurance.
