Reschedule Event Chains
Note: When you attach insurance to one or more events in the event chain, the system retains the appointment insurance if the event chain is rescheduled.
- From the main toolbar, select Appointments.
The Appointment Lookup window opens.
- Select an appointment in the event chain.
- Right-click the appointment, and select Reschedule Event Chain.
The Appointment Search Ahead window opens.Note: The Available Timeslots section of the window lists time slots available for the selected appointment in the event chain.
- In Available Timeslots, right-click a timeslot, and select Book Appointment.
The Add Appointment window opens.
- Optional: Make additional modifications to the appointment.
- Select OK.
- Select a reason for rescheduling the appointment.
- Select OK.
The Appointment Confirmation window appears with the new dates and times for events in the event chain.Note: When you attach insurance to one or more events in the event chain, rescheduling the event chain does not change the appointment insurance.
- Select Close.
