In File maintenance, marketing plans for your practice must be set up in the Marketing Plans master file.
You can record patients interested marketing plans to track and understand the marketing plan information and how patients are hearing about the practice.
Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
On the main toolbar, select Chart, and then in Patient Lookup, enter your search criteria, and then select Find.
Matching people and patient records appear in the search results.
In Matching Records, select a patient record , and then select Open.
The Patient Information tab opens in the Patient Chart window.
Select the Chart Details tab, and then select the open folder icon.
In Chart Details, select from the Marketing Plan list, enter additional marketing data, and then in the comments, enter the marketing techniques that the patient is interested in.
If the patient found the clinic through a newspaper advertisement, you can record the name of the newspaper in Marketing Data. If the patient is referred by another provider, you can record the provider name.
