Recall Plan Master Report

You can generate a Recall Plan Master report that details all aspects of the recall plans for the practice, including what statuses were set up in a specific plan that will cause the plan to be stopped for a patient. This report also shows the messaging information for the recall plans. Open the list of Practice master files. Select Recall Plans. Select Open Menu. Select Print. The report opens. Add Recall Stop Reasons in File Maintenance

In File Maintenance, open Master Lists. On the Master List List window, select Recall Plan Stop Reasons. To add a recall stop reason, select Open Menu and select New. The Add Recall Stop Reason Information window opens. In the Description field, enter the reason for stopping the recall, for example, Expired Patient. Select OK. Set Up Recall Plans

In the File Maintenance application, select Master Files > Practice > Recall Plans. The Recall Plans List window opens. Select OpenMenu and select New. The Recall Plans window opens.
