Recall Plans
After you create recall plans in File Maintenance, you can use them in NextGen® Enterprise PM to notify a patient to return to your practice for a specific event. You can generate Recall Plans Master report from the Recall Plans master file. Recall Plans Window Field Descriptions
You can use the fields described in the following table to configure your recall plan. Field Description Recall Plan Enter a name for the recall plan. Patient expected to return in… Enter the number of days in which the patient is expected to return by using the arrows. Select the recall period from the list. You can choose Day(s), Week(s), Month(s), or Year(s). Note: When you update the number of days in this field, the application gives you an opportunity to update any existing recall plans that use this master plan. If you choose Day(s) for the recall period, you can enter up to 5000 in the counter. If you exceed 5000 days, the value automatically gets rounded off to 5000. If you choose Week(s), Month(s), or Year(s), you can enter up to 99 in the counter. If you exceed 99, a message appears. Default Event Select the default event that is specific to the recall plan. This information will be the default event in the Recall Plan Maintenance window. Default Resource Select the default

You can generate a Recall Plan Master report that details all aspects of the recall plans for the practice, including what statuses were set up in a specific plan that will cause the plan to be stopped for a patient. This report also shows the messaging information for the recall plans. Open the list of Practice master files. Select Recall Plans. Select Open Menu. Select Print. The report opens.
