Mark Kept Appointments as Incomplete
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- On the main toolbar, select ApptBook.
- Select the kept appointment you want to mark as incomplete.
Note: An appointment must be marked as Kept before it can be marked as Incomplete.The Edit Appointment window opens.
- Select the Incomplete checkbox.
- From the list, select the appropriate reason for marking the appointment as incomplete.
- Select OK.
