NextGen® Enterprise PM

On the main toolbar, select
ApptBook
.
Select the kept appointment you want to mark as incomplete.
Note:
An appointment must be marked as
Kept
before it can be marked as
Incomplete
.
The
Edit Appointment
window opens.
Select the
Incomplete
checkbox.
From the list, select the appropriate reason for marking the appointment as incomplete.
Select
OK
.

Mark an Appointment as Kept
An appointment is automatically marked as kept when an encounter is created and linked to the appointment during the Checkin/Create Encounter auto-flow process. You can also mark an appointment as kept without linking an encounter to it. Open the Appointment Book window. Select the appointment to be marked as kept. Do one of the following: Right-click the appointment and select Mark as Kept. Note: The Mark as Kept menu option is unavailable if the appointment is already kept. Open the appointment and select the Appointment Kept option on the Edit Appointment window. Select OK to save changes and close the window. Mark Individual Member Appointments in a Group Appointment as Kept
As patients arrive for a group appointment, you can open the group appointment and mark multiple member appointments as kept, rather than opening each appointment to mark them as kept. In addition, you can use the kept indicators within the group appointment to easily track which members have arrived and which ones have not. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. On the main toolbar, select ApptBook. Select the Group Check-in icon. The group modal window opens. Select the individual member(s) you would like to mark as kept and add to the group encounter. Select Add to Group Encounter. Each selected member's appointment will automatically be marked as kept and added to the group encounter Parent topic: Modify a Group Appointment

Link Active Patients to an Existing Appointment
Before you begin You must first remove the link between the existing person record and the appointment. From the main toolbar in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select ApptBook . In the Appointment Book window, double-click the appointment. In the Edit Appointment window, select the open menu icon next to the Last Name, and then select Clear Patient. A confirmation message appears. Select OK. In the Edit Appointment window, select the open menu icon, and then select Access Active Patient. The active patient is linked to the existing appointment. Link Active Patients to a New Appointment
From the main toolbar in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select ApptBook. In the Appointment Book window, select Add Appt. In the Add Appointment window, select the open menu icon next to Last Name, and then select Access Active Patient. The active patient record is linked to the new appointment.
